HOW TO ENTER AND WIN:
The “Majic’s Ultimate Engagement From Bradley Gough Diamonds” contest will begin on Monday, July 13, 2009 through Saturday, August 1, 2009.

To participate in the contest, beginning July 13, 2009 through Friday, July 31, 2009, listen each weekday from 9am through 5pm for the special Majic “Ultimate Engagement” sounder. When you hear it be caller number nine at (260) 467-9500 or Centennial Wireless Customers dial *951 or Toll Free One Communications 1-877-951-9254 and win a gift box. The boxes may contain: concert tickets, dinner certificate, Carmike movie passes, or the Grand Prize package of a Bradley Gough Diamond Tacori engagement ring with dinner at Eddie Merlot’s and a dozen roses.

WAJI is not responsible for telephone service outages, delays, busy signals or telephone malfunctions and any other difficulties that may prevent an individual from completing his/her call during this contest. Please dial carefully

On Saturday, August 1, 2009 all qualifiers must attend the final event at 10:00am. All paperwork must be signed and completed declaring that the qualifier meets all eligibility requirements to be included in the grand prize drawing.  If unable to attend the grand prize drawing, a proxy may be appointed.  Majic 95.1 must receive a written notice by mail or fax of the proxy for the winner no later than Saturday, August 1st  prior to 10:00am event. All qualifiers must check in between 10:00 am and 10:30am that day at Bradley Gough Diamonds on West Jefferson Blvd, Fort Wayne.    All qualifiers and proxies must have picture ID and must be present at the drawing time of 11:15am.  All qualifiers and proxies who are present will each receive a gift box and will open the gift boxes simultaneously. The boxes may contain: concert tickets, dinner certificate, Carmike movie passes, or the Grand Prize package of a Bradley Gough Diamond Tacori engagement ring with dinner at Eddie Merlot’s and a dozen roses.

Prizes will only be awarded to the qualifier and not the proxy!

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS:
The contest is open to all WAJI listeners who are 18 years of age or older who reside in the WAJI listening area. Employees of Sarkes Tarzian, Inc., Bradley Gough Diamonds,  participating companies in the promotion and employees of other radio stations in the Fort Wayne Metro area and their immediate families are ineligible. Family is defined as: parents, children, grandparent, spouse, in-laws and those in spouse-like relationships, siblings, including those in step and half relations, anyone who as worked or interned with Sarkes Tarzian, Inc. is also ineligible. You are not eligible to participate in a WAJI contest if you have won a WAJI prize valued at $600 or more within the prior four months.

You may only qualify one time during this contest, one qualifier per household.

Grand Prize winners of “Nickelback In New Orleans”, “Coldplay Here, There” contests are not eligible for this contest. “Deep River Waterpark” winners are not eligible for this contest until their 30 days have expired

PRIZES:
The qualifiers will win a gift box. The gift boxes may contain: concert tickets, dinner certificate, Carmike movie passes, or the Grand Prize of a Bradley Gough Diamond Tacori engagement ring with dinner at Eddie Merlot’s and a dozen roses.

The approximate retail value of the concert tickets are: $60.00
The approximate retail value of the dinner certificate is: $75.00
The approximate retail value of the movie passes are: $20.00

The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize package of a Bradley Gough Diamond Tacori engagement ring, dinner at Eddie Merlot’s and a dozen roses is: $4625.00

The Grand Prize winner must complete all paperwork at the Bradley Gough location. If the winner of the Grand Prize package is being represented by a proxy, the winner will be notified by phone and will complete all paperwork at a later date. If winner fails to complete all paperwork, the winner will forfeit the Grand Prize package and it will become the property of WAJI.

Contest prizes are not transferable and will be awarded only to the person who qualified for the contest. Prizes may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.

CONDITIONS:
There will be a total of 15 contest days.
There will be a maximum of 30 qualifiers/winners for this contest.
There will be a maximum of 1 winner of the Grand Prize package of a Bradley Gough Diamond Tacori engagement ring, dinner at Eddie Merlot’s and a dozen roses.

Decisions of station management with respect to the contest are final.

Payment of all federal, state and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner. WAJI will submit an IRS form 1099 or the equivalent for any individual who wins a total of $600 or more in prizes during any calendar year.

By participating in the contest, the winners agree to allow their name, voice, and/or likeness to be used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest for a period of one year without any financial or other compensation.

The winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, and a Receipt for Prize and Award upon acceptance of the prize. The winners agree to hold WAJI, Sarkes Tarzian, Inc., and the respective officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents, and representatives of each of them, harmless from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.

Pursuant to the above mentioned paperwork, the winners will agree to hold WAJI, Sarkes Tarzian, Inc., and the respective officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.

All winners must be 18 years of age or older and must show proper identification and sign a prize receipt and publicity release prior to the acceptance of the prize.

WAJI makes no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the nature of the prize awarded. If this contest is not capable of running as planned due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of WAJI which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, WAJI reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who WAJI believes has tampered with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.

These rules are subject to the interpretation of WAJI. Any aspect of these rules, including the substitution of a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater value, can be changed at the discretion of WAJI, and such change(s) will become effective upon on-air or other appropriate announcement. No purchase necessary.
